Delivery
Orders are estimated to take 2-5 working days from fulfilment and include tracking. We are a small team, so from time to time there can be short delays in processing orders - if your order is urgent please contact us at hello@bide.co.nz and we will do our best to dispatch it as soon as possible.
Delivery is $10 on all orders under $140. Rural delivery is an additional $5 on top of standard rates. We offer free delivery on orders $140 and over.
We currently ship to NZ only. If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside of NZ please contact us at hello@bide.co.nz.
Returns
In the event that a product you have purchased online is not suitable, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please email us at hello@bide.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order and we can look into a refund or replacement for you. All refund items must be returned unused, unaltered and in original packaging. The cost of shipping to return the item must be covered by you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and checked your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
